Lethadrin:
Home to the Wood Elves of the West. Called "The Greatwood" By its' reclusive people, It is a vast expanse of woodland realm that seems almost to cast a shadow on everything around it.
Few humans have stepped inside to tell the tale, but most say it is an enchanted place of ill-repute and wicked beasts. On several occasions, men have gone into the woods in the hopes of logging, hunting, or even settling. Every single time, the perpetrators were found hanged on the border of the woods, as a warning to anyone fool enough to enter uninvited.
Within, The forest is ruled by an ancient King, and guarded by a thousand peering eyes hidden behind masks of bark and leaves.
Do you dare enter Its' boundaries? What good could possibly come of it?
Aubury:
A village, just on the border of the wood.
Built along the river that travels through the forest, the village of Aubury may be the only group of humans to ever have contact with the Elves on good terms.
There are rumours that Aubury has a secret trade agreement with the elves, which makes it a target for the Imperium of Man.
Aubury is home to a manor, a mayor, and of course a tavern ripe with weepy eyed farmers who've had their children stolen by the elves during a session of woodland frolicking, or had their brothers and husbands hanged for attempting to collect lumber that wasn't theirs.
((More to come!!))
